Summary: Room was really dirty. Carpet was wet on first day. Walked around barefoot and feet were filthy. Had to buy socks to walk in because the floor was so dirty. Food under the bed as well.

Summary: The property is under construction. Are room was ok, found the maids gloves she used to clean the bathroom still in the bathroom. Couch was broken. Door lock latch was useless, piece was missing. Went down to the pool it definitely needs a whole updating. Another guest was sitting in the hot tub with us and I saw him pull a chunk of hair out of the hot tub. I got out so fast! No towels in the pool area. For the price we paid it was not worth it ! So disappointing.

Summary: I was disappointed to pay full price for a hotel under construction (not aware of this until arrived). Parking was limited because of the construction and the parking area was full of trash. They were working and jack hammering during the days and I was unable to take a nap between my events. I mentioned all this at the check out and the worker told me she would tell her manager but I have not heard anything yet.

Summary: The rooms are super clean and new, we got there the day of the storm so there was no electricity and the pool was cold but otherwise everything was amazing.

Summary: Staff was wonderful and reached as soon as they received booking due to room type listed was not available. Very appreciative instead of waiting for us to arrive. Checked to see what would work for us and rebooked stay.

Summary: The carpet in our room was coming up. There were stains on the floor ceiling and curtains. The couch was slanted downward so you would slide right off of it. The hallways smelled of smoke. The whole condition of the hotel seemed old and needing renovation.
